Hypersensitivity. Recent history of GI bleeding; active pathological bleeding eg, peptic ulcer, intracranial hemorrhage or bleeding disorders eg, hemophilia. Chicken pox, flu or flu symptoms.
Reye's syndrome in some childn. Patients w/ history of peptic ulceration or hemophilia & other bleeding disorders & at risk of increased bleeding from trauma, surgery or other pathological conditions (particularly GI & intraocular). May induce GI hemorrhage. Discontinue 7 days prior to surgery. Prolonged bleeding time. Report any unusual bleeding. Hepatic & renal impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <12 yr.
